Welcome home

A new urban enclave

A new neighborhood is springing up on the site of Oklahoma City's beloved Villa Teresa campus. Contemporary flats and tri-level, townhomes will soon welcome new homeowners. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, this urban enclave is minutes away from downtown, the medical community, and other energetic urban districts.

These are the grounds of the former Carmelite Convent, and their Catholic grade school.  The Villa Teresa site is one of the most beloved collection of buildings in Oklahoma City.

Situated at the intersection of Classen Drive and Dewey Avenue, the apex of Oklahoma City's Midtown district, this community offers close proximity to many of OKC's most popular destinations, while offering an unexpected park-like sanctuary. Thousands of people attended school, or sent their children or grandchildren to Villa Teresa.  The sisters faithfully served this community for decades.

Tasked with redeveloping a treasure significant to many, we are mindful of our duty to honor the past while creating homes that will serve families for years to come.

The Villa Teresa redevelopment plans include for-sale residences and a boutique hotel.

DEWEY TOWNHOMES, Lowery Flat, & CLASSEN FLATS

We envision a tree-lined street of modern two and three bedroom townhouses and flats running along Dewey Avenue, and focused on the downtown skyline.

planned hotel

Also planned is the renovation of the historic convent and Anderson house into a boutique hotel.  Along with hotel guests, homeowners will have access to amenities such as 24-hour concierge service, health spa, gym, and pool.
